SEC commenced investigation of an area of previously undocumented fill material, which was historically placed at the site. Our services included a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase 1 ESA) and a subsurface investigation. The findings of our investigation resulted in the successful sale and ultimate redevelopment of the property.
