SEC was founded by Andrew Blake in 2017, with the idea of providing a full range of environmental services, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, public hazardous materials corridor assessments, geographic information system (GIS) services, construction support, contaminated media management, and other geological services (eg: water, soil, sediment, and air quality testing and cleanup). The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to evaluate real estate with respect to soil, groundwater, and air contaminants. This practice is intended to assist prospective real estate purchasers to qualify for landowner liability protections (LLPs). If you need a Phase I ESA conducted for your study area, please contact us.
