SEC was founded by Andrew Blake in 2017, with the idea of providing a full range of environmental services, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, public hazardous materials corridor assessments, geographic information system (GIS) services, construction support, contaminated media management, and other geological services (eg: water, soil, sediment, and air quality testing and cleanup).
The purpose of a Phase II ESA is to evaluate via physical test methods, whether soil, groundwater, and air at a subject site is impacted by contaminants of concern. This practice is intended to assist prospective real estate purchasers to qualify for landowner liability protections (LLPs). If you need a Phase II ESA conducted for your study area, please contact us.
