PRINCIPAL GEOLOGIST, R.G. L.G. AHERA
Mr. Blake founded SEC with the idea of providing a full range of environmental services to our clients. Since 2004, Mr. Blake has gained valuable experience with geotechnical, geological, and environmental projects throughout the Western United States. Andrew currently oversees environmental assessments, development projects, hazardous materials surveys, and remediation projects in Oregon and Washington.
Eric Mapson
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, M&A INSPECTOR
Since 2008, Mr. Mapson has specialized in commercial real estate due diligence. Mr. Mapson performs Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAS, and remediation. Mr. Mapson routinely provides his services to individual purchasers, credit unions, large financial intuitions, CRE firms, national retail chains, and school districts.
Ryan M. Malaise
ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN, AHERA
Ryan works well with contractors to ensure that construction activities are performed in accordance with applicable environmental rules and regulations. Ryan’s skill set includes characterization of soil and groundwater for disposal purposes, field screening documentation, confirmation sampling, and health and safety program implementation. Ryan plays well in the sandbox!
