ANODIZING FACILTIY TURNS RESIDENTIAL

SEC provided support during the redevelopment of a former anodizing facility into multifamily housing.

Our services were conducted on time and under budget and resulted in a determination of No Further Action (NFA) from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

N.W. PEARL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: FROM INDUSTRIAL LAND TO A COMMERCIAL OFFICE

SEC provided environmental support during the redevelopment of a former machine shop.

Our services included hazardous materials management, regulatory liaison, and air monitoring at a cost that was significantly less than budgets proposed by the competition.

We worked with the Oregon DEQ to close their file on the property shortly after the development project was completed by the contractor.

N.E. PORTLAND UST CLOSEOUT PROJECT: AN AUTO SHOP BECOMES A BAKERY

SEC provided environmental support during the redevelopment of a former automotive service shop into a bakery.

Our services included hazardous materials management and a subsurface investigation. We worked with the Oregon DEQ to close their file on the property within six months of discovery.

This project was completed on time and significantly under budget.

RESTORATION PROJECT ASSISTANCE IN THE RED HILLS OF DUNDEE

SEC commenced investigation of an area of previously undocumented fill material, which was historically placed at the site. Our services included a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase 1 ESA) and a subsurface investigation. The findings of our investigation resulted in the successful sale and ultimate redevelopment of the property.
